Dr. Scholl is a Raleigh native and summa cum laude graduate of N. C. State University. She obtained her medical degree from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Medicine, and a master's of public health at the UNC School of Public Health. She trained with leaders in the fields of Transplant Hepatology, Barrett's esophagus and Irritable Bowel Syndrome as well as Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis, and is particularly interested in liver disease and women's health.  Dr. Scholl is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
